Clear, predictable compensation. Payment issued after Laveniir receives client payment. You are still compensated even if a client does not pay.

Your Role, Simplified
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing assigned individual tax returns accurately and on time
- Working remotely from your dedicated workspace
- Following Laveniir's preparation standards and workflows
- Completing returns within established turnaround timelines
What You Won't Be Doing
- No client prospecting
- No sales or upselling
- No client phone calls or emails
- No billing, invoicing, or collections
- No marketing or lead generation
This role is strictly focused on tax preparation execution.
Requirements
Hold a valid and active PTIN
At least 1 year of tax preparation experience
Maintain a dedicated home workspace
Have a laptop and reliable internet access
Sign an independent contractor agreement
Complete a W-9 form
Successfully pass a background check
